BATTERY & BAND SERVICE

The Bertucci® Battery & Band™ Service expertly replaces these critical components at our in-house service center.

The replacement service includes the following:

1) Clean debris, grease, grime, soil loads from case and crystal

2) Replace worn / depleted battery with high quality premium cell

3) Replace worn case back o-ring / gasket

4) Test movement function

5) Re-certify water resistance specification

6) Install new band of your choice (if you select this option) - use the Band Selector on our web site bertucciwatchbands.com to choose band number.

7) Return USA shipping cost to you is included in pricing listed below, for international add $15

Send your watch head (remove your band) to the Bertucci® BCS address listed below with your completed Battery & Band form PDF. You can download and print a copy to be sent in with your watch.

PLEASE NOTE: LBI - Low Battery Indicator is a premium feature indicating that the battery will expire in 2-3 months. The second hand will skip 4 seconds. The following series are equipped with the LBI feature: A-2T Highpolish, A-2T Vintage, A-3T Vintage 42, A-4T AERO Pilot, A-4T Super Yankee, A-4T Super Yankee Illuminated, E-1S Ballista, A-5S Ballista Illuminated

 

REPAIR & REFURB SERVICE

Bertucci Watches offer the following service as a convenience to return your Bertucci watch to factory specifications. Many of our Bertucci Authorized Dealers may be able to offer similar services. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks (or sooner).

 

REPAIR SERVICE

If your watch requires repair service, we can run a diagnostic on the watch to determine the issue and contact you with the repair estimate.

The repair cost will be $85 for metal cases (titanium, stainless steel or aluminum), and $50 for the polycarbonate cases in most instances.

For other repairs like crystal replacements please contact us.

Send your watch head (remove your band) to the Bertucci BCS address listed below with the completed Repair form PDF. You can download and print a copy to be sent in with your watch.

Note: The repaired watch may not get back their exact watch, please indicate on the form if you want that watch repaired.
